Basic : Basic Needs, if it doesn't work, user will be disappointed.
Performance : Faster & More? Better.
Attractive/Excitement : Not expected but well dont job gives postivie feedbacks.
Indifferent : It doesn't really affect users' positive feedbacks nor negative feedback.
Reverse : It cuases issues.
